Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 1. The BBPA code of practice is to be adhered to in relation to drinks promotions. 2. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 3. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 4. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 6. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for children’s issues at the premises. 7. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 21:00 hours. Conditions In conjunction with the Variation of the application granted : 1st February 2008. 8. Any part of the Variation application that changes the plan / layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.
