Additional Conditions

• 1. When regulated live entertainment is present, the doors and windows shall remain closed safe for access and egress. 2. The premises will primarily operate as a café / restaurant, with seated dining and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before and after sales of alcohol cease. 3. No persons under the age of 16 years are to be on the premises, unless dining and accompanied by an adult, and must be off the premises by 21:00 hours, except if attending a pre-booked function. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 7. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the South Yorkshire Police and the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 8. Full consultation with the Sheffield City Council’s Health Protection Service throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises to ensure compliance with the Council Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 9. The Premises Licence will not become effective until the premises have been inspected by the Health Protection Service. 10. A permanent RCD will protect the electrical supply serving the music equipment used for the purpose of live entertainment.
