1. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 2. CCTV to the minimum standard required by South Yorkshire Police to be in use at all times the premises are open. Images to be stored for a minimum of 28 days and to be given to the police or any of the responsible authorities on request. 3. Notices to be displayed on the premises reminding customers that it is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to buy alcohol. 4. Store to be fitted with a burglar alarm and panic button for staff to use in case of an emergency. 5. No deliveries shall take place between the hours of 23.00 and 06.00 hours the following day 6. All staff to be trained in relation to underage sales of alcohol with a “Challenge 21” scheme in place with notices displayed on the premises. 7. An electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 8. A record of all refusals will be maintained. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities or other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
