Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 3. The premises will operate the challenge 21 proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years. 4. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 5. New floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non slip finish. 6. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 7. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 8. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, shelving, floor surfaces and any other matters raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 9. Notices will be displayed in store stating that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol. 10. The premises will be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 11. The premises will be fitted with a burglar alarm. 12. Deliveries will not take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 13. All staff will be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 14. Challenge 21 posters will be displayed prominently on the premises. 15. A refusal book will be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
