Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 3. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted when adult entertainment takes place or when the environment is unsuitable for their presence. Persons under the age of 18 years are only allowed to attend private, prebooked family orientated functions and will remain in the designated function area. 4. A member of the premises management will be designated to act as the lead for children's safeguarding. This person will act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 5. The Challenge 25 scheme will operate including signage, refusals records and staff training records. 6. Door staff will be employed Friday-Sunday if the premises are operating after 24:00 hours. 7. Door staff will be employed Monday-Thursday if the premises are operating after 24:00 hours and holding a pre-booked function. 8. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and Police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. CCTV footage shall be downloaded and provided to South Yorkshire Police on request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 9. The premises licence holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours' needs. 10. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 11. The DPS or a designated member of staff shall take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external areas, and shall manage noise levels internally so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property.
