Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme or equivalent, where active. 3. Existing CCTV will be maintained and in use whenever the premises are trading. 4. Any new floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non slip finish. 5. Subject to the variation a satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for any electrical works. 6. The varied premise licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements.
