Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. There are to be no Happy Hours at the premises. Such Happy Hours are defined as irresponsible drinks promotions that encourage excessive drinking. 3. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 4. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed. 5. No regulated entertainment of any type shall take place outside the premises in any areas that are within the license holders control after 22:00 hours. 6. When amplified entertainment is taking place inside the premises after 22:00 hours, windows and doors (save for entrance and exit purposes) will remain shut. 7. Signs will be located at the exits of the premises requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours. 8. No persons under the age of 16 are to remain on the premises after 22:00 hours save on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. 9. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 10. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment.
