There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised gaming machines. The Jubilee Room will not be permitted to have live music and will only be used for Christenings, Birthdays and Retirement parties. Persons under the age of 18 will be allowed to remain at the premises until varying times based on a children and young people's risk assessment for the varying activities at the premises. Persons under the age of 18 must not be permitted in areas or during times when adult entertainment takes place. A children's safeguarder must be assigned and on site when children have access to the premises. This member of staff must act in compliance with the guidance and training issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. The Challenge 21 scheme must operate in compliance with the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield Council's Trading Standards. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. A permanently fixed residual device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. All refused age restricted products will be mainted in a refusals register. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. A noise limiter will be installed to reduce noise breakout.
