1. The bar has a total capacity of 90 people. 2. Fire action notices are posted and emergency escape routes are signposted. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. All junior membership (under 18) of the club relates to the playing of tennis. The club complies with the Child Protection Policy of the Lawn Tennis Association and one of its Committee members has been appointed as Child Protection Officer to ensure compliance of this policy. 5. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at the club. The bar staff will only supply alcoholic beverages to senior members (non juniors) and guests who are over 18 years of age. 6. When Live or Recorded Music is played, all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices Club Registration Certificate including those specified at Appendix 1.
