Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 3. The Licence holder shall be a member of Pub Watch. 4. No Drink promotions which may encourage binge drinking. 5. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. 6. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 7.The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 8. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 9. No recorded or live music will be played in any external parts of the premises. 10.Persons aged under 18 years of age are to be excluded from the premises on occasions which the management deem appropriate and subject to the activities taking place. 11.The family room is to be a designated no smoking area. 12.All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18. 13.No persons under the age of 18 years are allowed access to any part of the premises after 7pm on any day except when attending private functions.
