Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Licence holder shall be a member of Pub Watch. 3. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 4. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 5. No recorded or live music will be played in any external parts of the premises. 6. Persons aged under 18 years of age are to be excluded from the premises on occasions which the management deem appropriate and subject to the activities taking place. 7. All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years. 8. No person under the age of 18 years are allowed access to any part of the premises after 22:30 hours on any day except when attending private functions. Private functions must take place in a controlled area that is not open to the general public. 9. A suitable and responsible person must be assigned to act as the Safeguarding Children Co-ordinator at the premises. This person must act in accordance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children's Board. The trained safeguarding co-ordinator must be on the premises after 19:00 hours if children are present. 10. In the event that the presence of children is anticipated at the premises after 19:00 hours, then a risk assessment will be carried out to ensure that the premises are appropriate for the presence of children. In the event that it is not, then anyone under the age of 18 will vacate the premises.
