Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2. Additional training for all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers. 3. The premises will be a member of the Pub Watch scheme as long as it exists. 4. There will be a sensible drinking policy and training in place restrictions on discounting and promotions, sale to under 18 and drunks. 5. There will be additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for no proof of ID. 6. There will be additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for drunkenness. 7. External lighting of walkways. 8. Installation of APS (advance protection system) to facilitate a quicker Police response and deter crime. 9. Increased supervision of trading area by management, staff and glass collectors etc. 10. There will be no external drinking after 23:00. 11. Delivery and collection times will not be changed. 12. There will be no external regulated entertainment. 13. External background music to be turned off at 21:00. 14. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 15. No children to be allowed on the site after 20:00. 16. Minimum signage to be displayed on the AWP machines. 17. Audited proof of age scheme to be in place. 18. Children to be allowed in dining under parental supervision only, unless passing from one place to another.
