Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV will be installed at the premises. The recording system will be maintained in good working order and any faults repaired as soon as possible. The system will be operating at all times when the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings will be retained for a minimum of 21 days. Images will be available for viewing at a reasonable time upon request of a Police Officer or any other authorised person as detailed in Section 13 of Licensing Act 2003. The DPS and/or designated member of staff will be able to retrieve and copy any recordings/images at the time of asking or within forty eight hours if so required. 3. Noise shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance. 4. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided prior to opening the premises.
