Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. CCTV is to cover and monitor the inside and outside of the premises. CCTV equipment is to be maintained in accordance with South Yorkshire Police guidelines and retained for a period of 31 days. 2. Fire action notices are to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 3. The licensees will take extra precautions that the premises receive deliveries at reasonable times. 4. An incident book is to be maintained and checked monthly by the Designated Premises Supervisor and Area Manager. 5. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 6. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
