Additional Conditions
1. Alcohol will not be sold or supplied except to persons taking table meals on the premises. 2. Suitable non-alcoholic beverages will be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises. 3. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police, and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days, and must be made available to an authorised Officer of the Council, on production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 5. No persons under the age of 18 yrs to be on the premises after 8pm, unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre-booked function. 6. The premises are not to trade the extra licensing hours, subject of this variation, until the premises have been inspected, and are found to be satisfactory. 7. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live entertainment. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 9. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the responsible authority for public safety (Health Protection Service) within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electric power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music or similar entertainment. 11. No licensable activity shall be permitted on the 2nd floor of the premises without the written consent of the responsible authority for public safety (Health Protection Service). Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainment Licence 1. Capacity 1) The occupancy level of the Ground Floor is fixed in accordance with the Fire Risk Assessment from time to time.
