following the Review of the Premises licence made on 24th July 2012. 1) Challenge 25 will be in operation at the premises 2) All staff will be trained and records of the training will be signed by staff and kept for 6 months 3) Refresher training will be given to staff every 6 months and records of the training will be signed by staff 4) Refusal logs to be kept for 6 months and made available to officers from South Yorkshire Police, authorised officers from the Responsible Authorities and the Licensing Service, Sheffield City Council 5) A person who has attended the Sheffield Safeguarding multi agency training course to be on the premises at all times alcohol is for sale 6) Till prompts in relation to age verification will be used at all times 7) A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers
