Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of authorised gaming machines. 2. CCTV to be maintained and in operation whilst the premises are trading. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local ‘Licence Watch’, or it replacement (as long as it exists). 4. Windows will be closed in the lounge during the performance of live entertainment. 5. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by and adult whilst resorting on the premises. 6. An age verification scheme must operate in compliance with the guidance provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police & Trading Standards. 7. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless dining or attending a private pre-booked family orientated function. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other such responsible person to be assigned to the role of Children's Safeguarder and act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 9. No under-18s allowed at the Bar servery. 10. The DPS will remind parents and guardians of their responsibility to ensure that children are adequately supervised by their accompanying adults at all times. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 12. Noise from licensed activities will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive properties after 23:00 hours.
