1. There shall be no sales of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises. 2. The licensee shall not make application for occasional licences to enable him to serve intoxicating liquor at places other than the licensed premises. 3. The sale supply and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be restricted to such time during the normal licensing hours as the premises shall be open for dancing, dinners, wedding receptions or private parties or similar functions both of a private and public nature. 4. The sale, supply and consumption of intoxicating liquors shall be restricted to such persons who have paid for admission to the premises or have been admitted by ticket or who are attending either a dancing class or a dance, dinner, wedding reception, private party or other function held upon the premises.
