Additional Conditions
1. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2012) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 2. The premises will maintain a register of refusals and incidents. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 3. The Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 4. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises on request by a Responsible Authority. 5. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
