Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. The DPS or pub manager will be required to actively participate in and support the local Pubwatch Scheme (where active). 3. Any existing CCTV system will continue to operate during additional hours. 4. The manager and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring that customers are over 18. 5. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 6.The electrical supply serving amplified music equipment must be protected by a permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) for live music. 7. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have suitable non-slip specifications. 8. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises in relation to the electrical certificate, RCD and floor finishes and are satisfied that these are satisfactory in respect of service requirements. 9.
