1. Whenever the DPS is not on the premises another person shall be nominated by them to be the responsible person to manage the premises. 2. All members of staff are familiar with the location of fire equipment and how to use it. 3. All fire equipment is checked annually. 4. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or Government approved PASS will be accepted as proof of age. 5. Only persons aged 18 years or over shall sell alcohol (with the exemption of those on an approved training scheme). Conditions agreed with Responsible Authorities 6. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 day. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 9. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises, are satisfied that the premise is satisfactory and has regard to the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 10. The premises shall comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
