Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 3. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external drinking area shown on the plan of the premises lodged with the Licensing Authority. 4. CCTV to cover monitor the inside and outside of the premises. CCTV equipment to be maintained in working order and operated when the premises are trading. Recordings must be retained for a period of 31 days. 5. The maximum occupancy of the building (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 200 persons. 6. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 8. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification. 9. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 10. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safe guarder for childrens issues at the premises. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 12. When regulated dancing is to take place (excluding private dancing) on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless it has been approved by the authority. 13. A colour CCTV system to the minimum specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 14. Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games. 15. All doors and windows shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 16. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 17. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 18. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 19. The entrance doors to Vicar Lane, are to be acoustically treated and thereafter retained.
