Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 3. Toughened glass will continue to be used during any additional hours. 4. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 5. There are to be no Happy Hours at the premises. Such Happy Hours are defined as irresponsible drinks promotions, which encourage excessive drinking. 6. The maximum capacity of the premises shall be 200 persons. 7. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 8. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 9. The beer garden/external areas of the premises are closed one hour prior to closing. 10. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 11. All curtains in the licensed areas will be closed at of before 23:00 hours. 12. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 13. No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted on the premises after 23:00 hours.
The variation of the premises licence has been granted subject to: 1. The carrying out, within two months of 24th November 2005, of an environmental health assessment of the noise emanating from the premises. 2. There is to be no musical entertainment or dancing to be permitted in the beer garden of the rear car park of the premises.
