Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch, or its replacement (as long as it exists). 2. Function bookings will be limited to 50 persons. 3. All windows will be kept closed after 22:00 hours, during live or recorded music. 4. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 5. The Beer Garden will be closed no later than 23:30 hours. 6. No persons under 18 years of age to be allowed inside the premises after 20:00 hours. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment for the purposes of live music and DJ. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
