Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. To display notices concerning over 21 rule, to watch your bags, drink driving material, drugs and pubwatch. 3.Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 4.Any temporary wiring and distribution systems shall comply with recommendation B57671. 5.Fire Notices shall be displayed and equipment maintained. 6.RCD socket to be in place. 7.Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8.Windows and doors will be kept closed when amplified music is provided. 9.A suitable member of staff must be assigned to the role of Childrens Safeguarder and will act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 10.Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are restricted to the designated family areas (the conservatory and lounge) with the exception of access to the toilet facilities which must be supervised by the accompanying adult. 11.To adhere to the over 21 proof of age scheme. 12.There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
