Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS is required to actively participate in and support the local Pub Watch Scheme (where active). 3. CCTV to operate and monitor the inside and outside of the premises. CCTV equipment to be maintained in accordance with South Yorkshire Police guidelines and retained for a period of 31 days. 4. Managers are required to liaise with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with the Companies role in the community guidelines. 5. The manager and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities and ensuring customers are over 18. 6. All children under the age of 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). 7. No adult entertainment (paid for by the Company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 8. Reasonable steps will be taken to recognise the rights of local residents and encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
