Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Pub Watch (as long as it exists). 3. Sensible drinking policy and training in place restrictions on discounting and promotions, sale to under 18s and drunks. 4. APS (Advanced Protection System) will be installed and maintained as appropriate. 5. All windows and doors will remain closed during live performances of music (except for access and egress). 6. Audited proof of age scheme to be in place. 7. No children under 16 to be allowed in the premises unless under adult supervision. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 9. There will be no external regulated entertainment. 10. The Designated Premise Supervisor, or some other such responsible person, must act as Childrens Safeguarder at the premises, in compliance with guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board Licensing Project. 11. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice mist be given to Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used. The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adequate in size for its intend use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the Authority. 12. Between the hours of 21:00 hours and 08:00 hours on each day, there shall be no disposal of bottles outside the premises.
1. The outside area to the rear of the premises relating to the licensed drinking area shall be vacated by 23:00 hours on each day. The area shall be secured in agreement with South Yorkshire Fire Authority if necessary. 2. The applicant be requested to speak to South Yorkshire Police in relation to advice concerning security lighting on the premises and the possibility of installing a timer which would ensure that lighting became operational after the premises had closed. 3. Fencing around the perimeter of the outside area be installed / reinstated following consultation with EPS in order to limit the spread of lighting from the premises and to act as acoustic baffle. 4. Signs are to be installed requesting patrons of the premises to leave quietly and respect neighboring residents, particularly when using external drinking areas.
