Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. External areas of the premises must be clearly lit. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local 'Licence Watch' (as long as it exists). 4. No under 16 shall be allowed entry onto the premises after 22:00 unless dining or attending a function. 5. No striptease, no nudity. 6. Prior to the opening of the extension as identified on drawing 13-1357.100, Building Control should confirm their approval to the works undertaken. 7. A satisfactory electical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority.
1. An RCD (residual current device) must be fitted to protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment.
