Additional Conditions

1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of AWP machines, that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 4. No unaccompanied children under 16 years of age will be allowed on the premises. 5. Children under 16 years of age must be off the premises by 21:00 hours. 6. When live music is taking place it is limited to no more than two amplified or unamplified performers.
1. The performance of live music is limited to a maximum of two performers. 2. All windows and doors are to remain closed when recorded or live music is played. 3. There is to be no live or recorded musical entertainment in any area within the overall curtilage of the premises that is in open air (e.g. beer garden, extend area, car park.) 4. Colour CCTV is to be installed at the premises. This system is to be installed at such point required by the Licensing Authority in consultation with South Yorkshire Police, is to be appropriately maintained and all recordings must be retained for 31 days and available to inspection at any time by an authorized officer of the council or a police officer. Recordings must, on request, be provided to the Licensing Authority, one of its authorized officers or a police officer. 5. By the second appointed day (24/11/05), the licensee must have nominated at least one member of staff to take lead responsibility for child protection issues. This would involve proactive enforcement of the Operating Schedule in relation to children and training staff about safeguarding. Such member(s) of staff would be expected to know what to do and who to contact should safeguarding issues arise.
