Additional Conditions

• 1. The DPS will be a member of the local ‘Licence Watch’ (as long as it exists). 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 4. Where dancing is to take place, sufficient are will be allocated for this as at present. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. The sale, supply and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be confined to the following persons: ? Members of the senior common room club and their bona fide guests. ? Persons attending pre-arranged exhibitions, seminars, conferences, lectures, dinners, dinner dances or other similar functions taking place on the licensed premises or on other premises occupied by the University of Sheffield. ? Persons taking table meals at the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to the meal. Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainment Licence: 1. Capacity 1) The number of members of the public who may be present at any one time on the premises or in any part of such premises specified below shall not exceed: - Area Capacity Level 5 400
