Additional Conditions
1Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 2. The pub will monitor the need for door supervisors and in doing so take into account any advice given by the Police. 3. The DPS will be an active member of the local Pubwatch scheme (as long as it exists). 4. Text and / or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours. 5. Toughened glass which is currently in use and will continue to be used during any additional hours. 6. In line with the premises licence holders Alcohol and Social Responsibility Policy there will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption 7. To implement the existing Health & Safety Policies and to continue to use the internal Health and Safety due diligence and incident reporting systems. 8. To ensure reasonable steps are taken to recognise the rights of a local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 9. Managers are required to liase with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with the licence holders Role in the Community Guidelines. 10. To ensure managers and staff are briefed in the importance of ensuring customers are over 18 years of age. 11. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 12. Any children under the age of 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and-/or exterior area) 13. Staff are not allowed to be in sole supervision of children which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
