Additional Conditions
1. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 2. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 years shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol 3. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 4. Seating will be provided at the premises for a minimum of 60 persons 5. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 24 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 6. Emergency exit routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. 7. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises after 20:00 hours, unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre- booked function. 8. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, with some facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. All other sales or supply of alcohol will be at a pre-booked functions only. 9. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 10. Will comply with all reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 11. Photographic Identification to be requested as proof of age. 12. Floors to be treated to NON SLIP BRITISH/EEC standard (pendulum test). 13. Free taxi calling service provided.
