Additional Conditions
1. Anyone who appears to be under the age if 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. An adult must accompany all children under 16 years of age. 4. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. CCTV system to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. External lighting to be provided to enhance CCTV images where necessary. 5. CCTV is to be added for the external drinking area. 6. No children under 16 years to be on premises after 20:00 hours except when attending a private or pre-arranged function. 7. Drinking is not to be allowed beyond the curtilage of the premises. No open drinks are to be taken off the premises, and signage is to be placed in prominent positions stating this. The premises staff have a duty to prevent this. 8. The external drinking area is not to be used after 23:00 hours on any day. 9. The external drinking area is to be seated i.e. tales and chairs at all times. 10. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loud speakers be placed, at any time, outside the building. 11. Notices are to be displayed around the external drinking area requesting customers to remain in the fenced off area. 12. Notices are to be displayed informing customers that no drinks are to be removed from the external drinking area. 13. Glasses and bottles are to be collected from the external drinking area. 14. Litter bins are to be provided in the external drinking area. 15. The external drinking area will not be used until a suitable and sufficient barrier has been fitted, having been previously approved by the Health Protection Service, separating the external drinking area and the footpath. 16. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 17. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained.
