Additional Conditions
1. Security gates are installed to prevent the car parks being used for illegal activities when the premises are closed. 2. To be members of the Pub Watch scheme as long as it remains. 3. Adult members will be barred from the premises if they attempt to buy alcohol for any person under the legal age. 4. No external furniture to be left outside the premises after 21:00 hours. 5. Barrels and Crates must be stored internally and all bins are to be padlocked or locked away. 6. No happy hours or cheap drinks promotions. 7. All the flooring around the perimeter of the bar are of non-slip materials. 8. All curtains are treated in flame-retardant. 9. The club is to provide adequate and appropriate first aid equipment. 10. A trained First-Aider is to be on duty when members of the public are present. 11. Emergency lighting should be maintained and operational with a back up system in the event of power loss. 12. No electrical work is to be undertaken on the premises apart from fully qualified electricians. 13. The use of pyrotechnics, fireworks, real flame, strobe lighting, explosives, or flammable substances of any kind is strictly prohibited. 14. A training session of all employees is to be held monthly to ensure they are fully conversant with both operating procedures and legal requirements. 15. All windows adjacent to neighboring property are to remain closed. 16. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 17. Junior membership is restricted to people 14 years and over. 18. Junior members have access to the snooker facilities but are restricted to inviting only one guest at a time on any occasion, their hours of play are also restricted to between opening time and 19:00 hours. 19. A register of Junior members is maintained and available on the premises at all times. 20. There is a designated no smoking area in the lounge. 21. All electrical sockets and outlets used for entertainment are RCD protected. 22. Glasses and bottles are prohibited from the dance floor area and signs are affixed. 23. All external fire doors are fitted with alarms to the main bar and office area to ensure they cannot be opened without permission. 24. Young persons / junior members will not be give access to the lounge area unless under supervision of an adult. 25. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to: a. A member of Sothall Snooker and Leisure Centre, who has been duly elected to membership after an interval of at least 24 hours between proposal for membership and election. b. Any bona fide guests of such member admitted in accordance with the rules of Sothall Snooker and Leisure Centre. c. Any bona fide guests of the proprietor of Sothall Snooker and Leisure Centre entertained at the expense of the proprietor. d. Any employee of the proprietor of Sothall Snooker and Leisure Centre. e. A member of a visiting sports team or bona fide supporter of such team. f. Any person attending the premises as a participator or spectator at an exhibition match sponsored or organised by the proprietor. 2. A list of members shall at all times be maintained on the premises. 3. A copy of the rules shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Chief Constable. Notice of any alteration in any ofthe rules shall be given to the Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Chief Constable not less than 28 days before the amendment takes place. 4. There shall be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises. 5. There shall be no application for the grant of occasional licences.
