1. CCTV surveillance, internal and exterior cameras monitoring arrivals and departures at the main entrance, car park and indoors will be maintained and in good working order. 2. Club management, steward and all bar staff will be informed of the Licensing Act 2003 in order to comply with all relevant provisions. 3. A doorman will control the admission to members and guests. 4. Club employees are instructed not to admit or serve anyone who behaves in a drunk or disorderly manner. All misconduct will be reported to the committee to consider action under the Clubs disciplinary code. 5. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 6. When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid any disturbance to neighboring properties. 7. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 8. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification can view them. 9. The Club shall comply with Health & Safety, Fire precautions and regulations. 10. Signage is posted at the bar prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
