Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No children will be allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours. Conditions agreed in conjunction with variation of premises licence granted 31/03/2008. 3. All doors and windows shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises.] 4. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally/externally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 5. All outdoor music shall be unamplified. 6. The Premises Licence Holder shall prominently display A5 notices on all internal and external exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the needs of local residents. 7. The electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live entertainment and DJ must be protected by a permanently fixed residual current device (RCD).
