Additional Conditions
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention of crime and detection of crime and disorder. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 3. Notices will be displayed in-store that it is an offence for under 18s to purchase alcohol. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. An All due diligence refusals book is to be kept on the premises to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused. 5. An electronic till prompt is in place for when alcohol is scanned through tills to remind staff of checking identification of age. 6. All staff must be trained in relation to the proof of age scheme and under age related sales of alcohol. 7. The store will be fitted with a burglar alarm and maintained as appropriate. 8. The requirements of the Fire Officer must be complied with. 9. No deliveries will take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day.
