Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. There will be no emptying of waste bottles after 23:00 hours. 3. The DPS is required to actively participate in and support the local Pub Watch Scheme (where active). 4. Text and/or radio pagers, where already used will be used for any additional hours. 5. Toughened glass will continue to be used during any additional hours. 6. Any existing CCTV will continue to operate during the additional hours. 7. Reasonable steps will be taken to recognise the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 8. The Premises Licence holder will at all times observe the law and ensure that alcohol is not served to people who are under eighteen years of age. The manager and staff and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring customers are over eighteen. 9. Any children under sixteen should remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and or exterior area). Staff are not allowed to be in sole supervision of children which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
