Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police and authorised officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. A copy of the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises, in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 4. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2 (a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. Such a person shall be employed at the premises at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor / holder of the Premises Licence and also upon any reasonable request by the Police Licensing Officer, having regard for example to football matches taking place in the vicinity. Any person defined in this section shall clearly display their name badge at all times whilst on duty. 5. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless they are guests at the hotel, or attending a private, pre-booked family orientated function. Any children remaining at the premises after 21:00 hours will use the designated family area. 6. The premises are to operate the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme requiring proof of age identification from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 with appropriate signage to be in place at the premises. 7. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 8. There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs. 9. A refusal book in relation to the sale of alcohol will be maintained at the premises and will be available to a Responsible Authority representative or an authorised officer upon reasonable request.
