Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A closed circuit TV Monitoring system is to be installed and maintained. Images recorded must be retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police/Local Authority on request. 3. Notices are to be displayed instore that it is an offence for people under the age of 18 years to purchase alcohol. 4. The store is to be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 5. The store is to be fitted with a burglar alarm. 6. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer. 7. No deliveries are to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 8. All staff are to be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 9. Challenge 21 scheme is to be in place and notices of this must be prominently displayed within the store. 10. An electronic till prompt must be used when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 11. “All Due Diligence” refusal books are to be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused. 12. A minor works certificate, in accordance with the current Edition of the Institute of Electrical Engineers Regulations, must be provided for the premises in relation to the electrical works. On receipt of the certificate, and upon the Health Protection Service notifying the Licensing Department that the premises have been approved, the above condition can be removed from the licence without further variation.
