Additional Conditions

• 1. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification. 2. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 3. The applicant will carry out full consultation with the Health Protection Service throughout the planning and alterations of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Council’s Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003, so as to be suitable for their intended use. 4. The applicant will give notice to the Health Protection Service of the intended opening date and will not trade for business until the premises have been inspected. 5. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
