Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Pub Watch (as long as it exists). 2. All windows will remain closed after 23:30. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 5. All persons under the age of 18 will be required to leave the premises by 9pm. 6. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1.
