1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. The beer garden will cease to be used by customers for the purposes of consumption of alcohol at 22:00 hours each day except Friday and Saturday when this time will be 23:00 hours. 5. No music will be played in the beer garden at any time. 6. Management will ensure that the grounds of the premises will be kept tidy and without nuisance to neighbouring businesses or residents. 7. All external lighting on signage will be turned off at 23:00 hours. 8. No persons under the age of 18 years of age will be permitted to be on the premises after 20:00 hours. 9. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. All staff will be suitably trained in relation to the challage 21 policy, this training will be a documented and will be made available to an authorised officer upon request. 10. All starff will be trained in relation to the licensing objectives so as to prevent crime and disorder and public nuisance and to promote the prevention of children from harm and public safety.
