Additional Conditions
1. When door supervisors are engaged they will be SIA approved. 2. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs to be enforced at all times. 3. If a disc jockey is used on any night then he/she will ask customers to leave quietly. 4. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the Police and will be kept in and incident log book. 5. The Health and Safety policy is to be fully briefed and trained to all management and staff and to continue to train staff to the standards required by relevant legislation. 6. Free drinking water will be available at all times. 7. Additional patrols will take place by members of staff internally and externally, to limit any noise pollution when entertainment is being offered within the premises. 8. Notices will be displayed asking customers to respect neighbouring residents when leaving the premises. 9. Where already used text/radio pagers will continue to be used for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by a responsible member of staff. 10. When children are allowed on the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises will be suitable for young persons. 11. Children will be required to be supervised by the accompanying adults at all times. 12. A no smoking area will be provided. 13. Soft drinks and non-alcohol drinks will be available. 14. A recognised Proof of Age Policy will be in place. 15. Colour CCTV system as previously agreed with South Yorkshire Police to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 16. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m²/person as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 17. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 18. Juke box can be played until 01:00 hours on Friday and Saturday
