Additional Conditions
1. The licence shall cease to have effect should the method and style of operation proposed on the initial grant of the licence change, i.e. from that of a Restaurant with occasional drinking facilities. 2. The licence shall only permit registered security staff to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of:- a. Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b. Maintaining order on the premises. 3. The licensee shall be a member of Sheffield Pub Watch Scheme or any scheme replacing this. 4. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 5. In the event of an application for a Special Hours Certificate, an application will also be made for a licence. 6. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 7. There shall be no amusement with prize machines, pool table, video machines, skill with prize machines on the premises. 8. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 75% of the maximum capacity fixed by the Fire Officer and Environmental Health (150 seats 220 capacity). 9. Substantial food will be made available throughout permitted hours. 10. Area attached on plan will be subject to Restaurant Conditions:- a. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of this licence otherwise than to persons taking table meals on the premises and for consumption by such a person as am ancillary to his meal. b. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
