Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Justices On Licence: 1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to a) A member of the Hillsborough Snooker Club who has been duly admitted to membership after an interval of at least 48 hours between the submission of a written application for membership and admission to the club. b) Bona fide guests of the proprietor of the Club, entertained at the expense of the proprietor. c) A member of a visiting sports team competing in matches at the Club, and their bona fide supporters. d) Persons attending bona fide private functions at the licensed premises. e) Any employee of the Club. 2. Guests introduced in accordance with the rules of the Club shall be entertained at the expense of the member introducing them. Members shall not be allowed to introduce more than 3 guests at anyone time. 3. Persons under 18 years of age shall not be admitted to the bar. 4. A list of the names and addresses of duly elected members of the Club shall at all times be maintained on the premises and be available for production to a police officer in uniform. 5. A copy of the Rules of the club shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Chief Constable. Notice of intention to make any alterations to the said Rules shall be given in writing to the said Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Chief Constable not less than 14 days before such alteration is proposed to take effect. 6. There shall be no sales of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises. 7. There shall be no applications for occasional licences. 8. There shall not be more than 100 persons on the premises at anyone time. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
