Additional Conditions
1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise to: i. A member of Sheffield Snooker Club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before his admission. 2. A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said Sheffield Snooker Club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform. 3. The capacity shall be limited to 900 persons. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. Conditions consistent with operating schedule as per variation to premises licence (granted 30/06/07) 5. All members of the club have a card with clear identification. These details are retained on system. 6. Controlled access to the premises is monitored to ensure only members and guests are admitted. 7. Risk assessments relating to the prevention of crime and disorder shall be carried out, and the premises shall liase with the police regularly. 8. The external area is secure with access only being possible from the inside of the club. 9. Full risk assessments in respect of fire safety and health and safety shall be carried out and these assessments will be upgraded on a twice-yearly basis. The premises shall go through an audit process on a regular basis in order to check the validity of the assessments. 10. The operation of the club will be regularly assessed in relation to the impact that it has on neighbours and the locality, including any external area. 11. In order to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18, there is a junior membership card for persons under the age of 18, the membership card is a different colour to other membership cards so that staff are usually aware of the members identity and can easily check them. 12. Under 18s will be kept away from the part of the bar that serves alcohol and are restricted usually to the snooker and pool areas. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines.
