1.On line and telephone sales for delivery, payment by credit card will be required and the driver will check the age of the customer on delivery. 2. Date of birth and a form of i.d. will be taken when an order is made. The details will be confirmed on delivery and a form signed by the delivery driver. The order will only be delivered to this person. 3 When deliveries are made noise will be kept to a minimum during late night and unsociable hours. 4. Challenge 25 scheme will be in operation. 5. A record will be maintained in a refusals book when an adult was not available to receive a delivery. 6. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011). The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system.
