Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1) New floor surfaces in public areas and through fares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 2) In connection with the electrical works subject to the variation, a minor works certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3) Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design and construction. 4) The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor services, shelving/display units for alcohol and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that theses items have been appropriately addresses in respect of service requirements.
