Additional Conditions
1. On not more than 12 occasions per year the licence allows the sale of alcohol from 12:00 to 01:00 hours the following day, with 30 minutes drinking up time 2. On the occasions referred to in Condition 1., the licensee will take all reasonable steps to ensure that people in the vicinity of the premises are notified of the later opening at least seven days in advance 3. A notice is to be placed at the exits of the premises asking patrons of the Club to leave quietly and with respect to neighboring residents. 4. Within 12 months of the grant of this licence (1/9/05), a review of the parking problems identified in the vicinity of the club is to take place in liaison with the Councils highways officers.
